The World Business Organization's (WBO) leadership structure is designed to drive its global mission by fostering strategic partnerships, innovation, and sustainable growth, ensuring that businesses across the world are equipped to thrive in today's dynamic economic environment.

Founder & President

  • Leads the overall vision and strategy of the organization.

General Assembly

  • To determine general policies for the fulfillment of the functions of the Organization. 
  • To take any other required action to further the aims of the Organization.
  • To appoint the Secretary-General.

Directing Board:

  • Oversees the strategic direction and governance of the WBO.
  • To ensure the organization of the WBO and management of its affairs.

  • To regularly assess the company's financial position.

  • to act in the event of capital deficiency or insolvency.

General Secretary

  • The Secretary-General shall be the chief technical and administrative officer of the Organization.

  • He/She shall be ex officio Secretary of the Assembly and the Council. 
  • He/She shall prepare and submit annually to the G.A the financial statements and budget estimates.

Commissions

  • Specialized chambers dedicated to decision-making and providing regional and global solutions.
  • Each specialized commission in its sector has exactly all the responsibilities listed for the General Assembly.

  • Each Commission will be composed of related representatives' private sector of each member state.

Executive Council:

Responsible for managing core functions across the organization. This team includes:

  • Operations Officer: Manages day-to-day operations and ensures the implementation of strategic plans.
  • Financial Officer: Oversees financial planning, budgeting, and financial sustainability.
  •  Innovation Officer: Leads the innovation and technology adoption within the organization.
  •  Sustainability Officer: Drives sustainability efforts and ensures adherence to environmental, social, and governance practices.
  •  Marketing Officer:  Directs global marketing, communications, and public relations efforts.
  • Partnerships Officer: Builds and maintains strategic partnerships and collaborations with other global entities.

The WBO's organizational structure is designed to support its global mission of empowering businesses through strategic partnerships, innovation, and sustainable growth. At the top of the structure, the Founder & President is responsible for the overall vision and strategic direction of the organization, ensuring that WBO's objectives align with the evolving needs of the global business community. Reporting directly to the Board of Directors, the CEO leads the executive team to implement initiatives that drive WBO's impact and global presence.

The General Assembly is the second highest authority of the organization and shall be composed of delegates representing Member-States.

 Each Member-State shall be represented by one minister and one Parliament representative related to the subject of the meeting.

The Directing Board will make and announce all major decisions of the organization based on the policies approved by the General Assembly.

The Directing Board will have 15 members (except the President, Secretary-General, and Treasurer). Including six continental vice presidents, six Global strategists elected by the General Assembly, one representative of the UN, one person Representative of the EU, and one person from the BRIX organization). The Board of Directors will be headed by the President, and the Secretary-General of the organization will be its vice chairman.

The Secretary-General shall be appointed by the Assembly on the nomination of the Council on such terms as the Assembly may determine. The Secretary-General shall be the chief technical and administrative officer of the Organization.The Secretary-General shall be ex officio Secretary of the Assembly and the Council and shall attend ex officio all commissions of the Organization. He may delegate these functions. The Secretary-General shall prepare and submit annually to the G.A the financial statements and budget estimates of the Organization. The Secretary-General shall appoint the staff of the Secretariat under staff regulations established by the Assembly.

The Executive Council plays a critical role in the day-to-day management of the WBO. This team consists of specialized roles such as the Chief Operations Officer (COO), who oversees daily operations, and the Chief Financial Officer (CFO), who manages financial health and sustainability. Other key roles include the Chief Innovation Officer (CIO), who focuses on technological advancements, and the Chief Sustainability Officer (CSO), who ensures that WBO's initiatives incorporate ESG principles. This team ensures that all departments work together efficiently toward shared goals.

WBO’s global reach is enhanced by its Continental and Regional Directors and various Program Management Teams. These directors lead WBO’s efforts in different geographical regions, adapting strategies to local contexts and ensuring that businesses worldwide benefit from WBO’s resources and support. Program teams manage specific functions such as business development, global events, policy advocacy, and sustainability initiatives, ensuring WBO’s efforts are targeted and effective in meeting the diverse needs of its members and stakeholders.
